TERMS & CONDITIONS

General

  1. Client Selection: Papix Work reserves the right to choose its clients and may refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.

  2. No Resale or Disclosure: Clients are not permitted to resell, distribute, or disclose any work produced by Papix Work to third parties. Failure to comply with this clause will result in immediate termination of all support services.

  3. Loss of Support: Clients who breach these terms, including the resale or unauthorized disclosure of work, will lose all access to support services provided by Papix Work.

  4. Intellectual Property: All work produced by Papix Work remains the intellectual property of Papix Work unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

  5. Agreement: By engaging in any business with Papix Work, the client agrees to abide by these General Terms as well as any other terms and conditions specified by Papix Work.

  6. Amendments: Papix Work reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of services following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Refunds

  1. Non-Refundable: All payments made to Papix Work are non-refundable in cash upon the completion and delivery of the agreed-upon service and confirmation of client satisfaction.

  2. Equivalent Services: In exceptional cases where a refund may be deemed necessary by Papix Work, an equivalent service will be offered in lieu of a cash refund. The decision to offer an equivalent service is at the sole discretion of Papix Work.

  3. Claim Period: Any request for a refund or equivalent service must be made within 3 days following the completion and delivery of the original service.

  4. Review Process: All requests for refunds will be subject to a thorough review to determine the validity of the claim. Papix Work reserves the right to deny any refund request.

  5. Agreement: By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the client acknowledges and accepts the refund policy as stated above.
